Liverpool are set to complete the signing of Porto winger Luis Diaz which could mean the end for Divock Origi and Takumi Minamino at Anfield.
Diaz was subject to an offer from Antonio Conte’s Tottenham but the Columbian winger has decided to make the move to join the Reds. Manchester United were also thought to be interested in the winger.

As reported by The Athletic, Liverpool will sign Diaz €45 million with a further €15 million in add-on’s as they look to improve their attacking options.
Diaz will join an already formidable line-up including the likes of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane, Diogo Jota and Roberto Firmino.
However, the deal could signal the end for a couple of Liverpool’s squad players.
The Athletic also reports that Minamino and Origi could be set for for a departure from Anfield.
It was reported on Thursday that Liverpool have rejected initial approaches from Premier League side Leeds United as well as French side Monaco.
Origi has become a cult hero during his time at Anfield, scoring a number of memorable goals including a brace in the famous Champions League semi-final comeback win over Barcelona.
He also fired home Liverpool’s second goals in the Champions League final win over Tottenham to secure the club’s sixth success in the competition.
The news of the move for Diaz will be welcomed by former Liverpool defender Jose Enrique who claimed on Thursday that the club need another £40m or £50m players added to their attacking ranks.
“I wasn’t positive before AFCON. I didn’t expect Liverpool to be as good as they have been without Salah and Mane,” Enrique said (via The Mirror)
“They lack strength in depth in the front three, so them going was a big problem for Liverpool. But Jota has stepped in, Firmino and Oxlade-Chamberlain too.
“But they still need someone else who can play in the front three similar to Jota, who’s scoring goals and doing well. Profile-wise, Liverpool need another £40m or £50m kind of player to support the front three now.
“I’m sure if you ask any Liverpool fan they would say the same thing.”
