Neal Maupay scored a stunning goal as Brighton got the better of Watford to win for the first time in the Premier League since January 2.
Prior to this clash, Brighton’s only league win in 2022 came against Everton at the start of January.
The Seagulls drew three straight games 1-1 following that win but they picked up all three points against Watford.

Maupay netted a sublime opener before Adam Webster doubled Brighton’s lead in the 82nd minute.
This victory moves Brighton up to ninth while Watford remain 19th in the Premier League.
